A UserId was not valid when migrating a mailbox using ODM -
Description
Using On Demand Migration (ODM) to migrate a mailbox and it fails with the following error:
A UserId was not valid.
Both source and target email accounts exist and are able to be opened within Outlook.

Cause
The matching is invalid and ODM cannot access the mailbox to migrate the data. -
Resolution
Unmatch the mailbox and perform a new match and then then migrate the mailbox again. For more information see this solution:

If the migration of the mailbox fails again. Unmatch the mailbox again and perform a match it based on the source and target ObjectId within Azure AD by using a mapping file.
