Installed version of Outlook does not support MAPI over HTTP. Please update Outlook. -
Description
Switch Mailbox was run and did not update the Outlook profile. The log file ended with the following error.
[Error] 05.04.2018 13:30:25.742 Installed version of Outlook does not support MAPI over HTTP. Please update Outlook.

Cause
The Outlook client is not updated to the latest version. -
Resolution
- Apply the latest updates available for your version of Outlook (2010 or higher).
- Restart the computer once the update(s) have been applied
- Run the Switch Mailbox command provided with the odmclient download from On Demand Migration.

Additional Information
ODM client supports the MAPIoverHTTP only therefore it requires Outlook versions that support MAPIoverHTTP.
