Email Notifications Stopped Working -
Description
It appears that the email notifications quit sending emails. -
Resolution
To troubleshoot this issue:
- Confirm that the search that has the Alert configured is returning recent results, that there are no events for which the alert should have fired
- Try using a different email address to confirm there is not an issue with the original one used
- Try using an email alias for the recipient
- Confirm there are no issues on the receiving email system end (For example, mail is being blocked or has been added to a rejection list, etc)
- Delete the Alert and try again
- Delete the Alerts and Notification template (Alert Plan) and reconfigure.
