Not in the tree of acceptable devices. (80243)

Symptoms:
Waiting for Media upon Duplication or Data Copy Phase 2 backups.
Diagnose reports an entry "Not in the tree of acceptable devices".

Cause:
Advanced Options Duplications section allows for selecting a Source and Target device. Source Device is pointed to a device that does not contain the required first phase backup. Thus NetVault returns the message;
"Not in the tree of acceptable devices".

Edit the Backup Advanced Options tab under the Duplication 'Source' managed set to incorporate the correct Source Device that holds the First Phase of the backup.
