CHGSCSI 74 0 180352 CMD SENSE INFO 'DESTINATION ELEMENT FULL'
CHGSCSI 39 0 180352 Command at bit 7 of byte 6 is in error
The logs indicate that a command was sent to the drive to unload.
The log context message 'CMD SENSE INFO 'DESTINATION ELEMENT FULL' confirms that when the library tried to load the media, it found that the destination slot/drive was already occupied.
To resolve the issue, verify that the library is not completely filled up with Media, for example by having all slots full AND a tape loaded in all of its drives.
A good rule to follow is that when the slots are completely filled with media, the drives should always be completely empty.
This is a hardware related issue.
