Unable to mount VM for file level backup, the message 'a stale mount found' appears
or the following errors seen in the log if an already defined job is run:

The problem can be seen in the trace in that the customer was using the Netvault tmp space as the VM working directory for the VMware plugin which causing access conflicts
Advised customer to create a new working dir for the VMware plugin outside of the Netvault tree on a partition with plenty of free space.
