Jobs which have long since completed are still showing as 'active' or 'unknown' in the overnight summary report
It may be that there are orphaned Netvault processes running or the job definitions have become corrupted.
If the problem remains after it has been verified that all nv processes have been killed or the server has been rebooted then deleting and recreating the job definition will probably resolve this. If not there may be database corruption issue in which case see solution:
