Phase 2 Duplications reporting "Failed to get backup client" (4047232)

Symptoms:
When the phase 2 duplication starts to run it reports "Failed to get backup client" and is unable to execute.

Explanation:

duplication job failing with the 'failed to get backup client' is generated by the following scenarios : -


1 - Any jobs that are created on a 8.5 server and are set to execute a duplicate on a client earlier than 8.5

2 - Any jobs that are created on a 8.5 server and for which the Phase 1 backup had to execute one or more retries .
It is not possible to avoid the phase 2 failure on a retried backup.
