customer has already verified the drive serial numbers in the library interface match the order the drives were added into Netvault with.
this is due to an error with the template for this device, currently being looked into by Engineering.
The problem will probably occur with all drives in the library. Verify device has been completely disconnected and reattached, verifying the details in the OS Device Mgr and readding in NV.
This is device template problem whichc is currently being worked on by Engineering. It should however be possible to workaround this issue by making the following lib configuration change in Netvault:
-Right click on the library and select 'configure'. Go to the tab 'Entry/Exit ports' and check the box for the option "ignore entry/exit port(s) being accessed".
It may now be possible to load/unload media as expected.
