Resolution
The work around is to save NETVAULT_HOME\config\exmbx.cfg to a safe place, such as the desktop. Then, go to the NetVault configurator and remove the mailbox apm. You will then be able to install the 1.9.7 version of the apm. After doing so, replace the newly created exmb.cfg with the one previously saved to the desktop. -
