When editing the Target Set of a backup job and specifying the "Media Options", the "Media in group" radio button is disable. Therefore, a new Media Group Label cannot be entered, nor an existing one can be selected.
Make sure the user is a member of as least one media group.
1. From the left Navigation Pane, select "Users and Groups"
2. Highlight the user and select the [Group Memberships] button
3. On the middle media group membership selection section, add the media group, or toggle the "User is a member of ALL media group" checkbox.
