Description: Cannot open GUI after installing Data Encryption Plugin.
Symptoms: Cannot open GUI on the Client after installing Data Encryption Plugin. Uninstalled NetVault and the NetVault directory from the Client, reinstalled NetVault on the Client and the GUI worked again. As soon as the Data Encryption Plugin was installed, the GUI didn't work again.
