When upgrading the NetVault Server or a Client, the following error message is displayed:
There has been an error.
Setup has detected that the existing installation of NetVault Backup is in Safe Mode. Upgrade cannot continue while NetVault Backup is in Safe Mode.
You need to be signed in and under a current maintenance contract to view premium knowledge articles.
