Report indicates tape were last read on December 31, 1969

Media related reports show that tapes were accessed on December 31, 1969. On the "Expired Offline Media" report, it is commonly displayed on the "Date read" field. On the "Media - General" it will be referenced on the "Media Expiry Date".

Databases that use UNIX timestamp to reference dates, equate -1 to December 31, 1969. UNIX epoch was set to January 1, 1970 00:00:00. Every second afterward add another unit to the counter. Commonly when no value is provided, -1 is input.

When the tape with the issue is browsed on the "Explore Tape Storage" screen, the "Date Last Read" field display "Never". Because the tape was never read, on the database, it is stored the value of -1. Issue is cosmetic, has no effect on functionality, and does not interfere with the way NetVault expires savesets or manage media.
