NetVault service won't start after re-boot. (4043349)

Description: Netvault service will not re-start after re-boot.

Symptoms:

Drive attached to a filer via fiber and added to NetVault via the NDMP plugin
Removing the mediadatabase folder will allow the service to start. Re-addin the devices everything will work again until the next re-boot.
Removing all the entries from the Firewall tab in the NetVault Configurator on the server will cause the service to restart.

If you have a NDMP attached device, that setting should not be applied to the Firewall tab configurations for:
"Valid Connect Ports for NDMP Control Channels" and
"Valid Listen Ports for NetVault NDMP Data Channels"

As the NDMP device is communicating on port 10000.

Removing the entries for those settings resolves the issue.
