Symptoms: When trying to backup a Windows 2008 client with the OFM APM installed the machine will crash and on reboot shows a message that there had been a error caused by the file OfmLvDrv.sys with stop message 0Xc0000428
Solution/Workaround/Procedure
The OFM APM is not supported on Windows 2008. This has been superceeded by VSS.
