Unable to load more 5000 indexes for a restore -
Description
When creating a restore, the saveset records are not loading when clicking "Load more" button; getting console error "MakeWhereClause is not defined".
The issue is observed when more than 5000 savesets are in the media database. -

Upgrade Netvault to version 12.3.

NVBU-17542
Corrected an issue that prevented NetVault Backup from loading additional savesets when the number of savesets exceeded 5000 and the Load More button was clicked.
