Description:
Unable to view netvault logs and device logs screen. No error message is displayed or reported anywhere, including the trace file.
Solution:
1- Open configurator
2- Go to GUI tab
3-Go to Logging
4-Uncheck the two options: Disable logs Screen & Disable logs tab on device screen
