Plug-in for PostgreSQL 12.3 でバックアップ メソッドの新機能 「File Level Data Copy」 が追加されましたが、このオプションの 「Perform Offline Backup」 を
有効にしているとき、PostgreSQL サービスが停止していると下記エラーが発生してバックアップが失敗します。
