When browsing an Oracle database from the Web UI the following pop up message is returned:
“Error processing request”
Scheduled jobs keep failing with the following log entries:

Failed to list of threads assuming a single thread
Failed to get list of tablespaces using backup list
Failed to start to save copy of control file
Failed to switch log file
Failed to Save file list

Trace shows the Oracle plugin master process fails to start the nvoracleclient11g.exe:

This issue occurs when the Oracle application is 32 bit and NetVault Client and Plug-in for Oracle are Pure64.
The plugin being 64 bit will fail to find the required libraries and dlls in the expected path.
If your Oracle application is 32 bit, install the NetVault Backup Client Hybrid build together with the Plug-in for Oracle 32 bit/ Hybrid version.
Should your Oracle application be running on 64 bit, install the corresponding Pure64 NetVault Backup Client and Plug-in for Oracle.
