After upgrade to NetVault 10.0.5 from NetVault 9.2 some user are Greyed out after login. Other accounts work as expected.
After reinstalling NetVault 9.2 and restoring the NetVault database it was found that when checking the user profile, notification tab, job user defined there were events greyed out. This means that the event was removed at some point causing the event to grey out.
You need to be signed in and under a current maintenance contract to view premium knowledge articles.
