Description
After upgrade to NetVault 10.0.5 from NetVault 9.2 some user are Greyed out after login. Other accounts work as expected.
After reinstalling NetVault 9.2 and restoring the NetVault database it was found that when checking the user profile, notification tab, job user defined there were events greyed out. This means that the event was removed at some point causing the event to grey out.

Cause
Missing event linked to user profile caused migration of the user to NetVault 10 to fail

Resolution
Before upgrading to NetVault 10.0.5 check notification profile of users for greyed out events. Open the event and remove selection for option take in the event and save. Open notification profile of user, verify this event has now been removed.
When all users have been checked upgrade to NetVault 10.
