NetVault Services Stop Running Due to Adware -
Description
NetVault Services Stop Running for no apparent reason, even after doing a complete uninstall and successful reinstall (no errors at all during install). When services are manually started, service will stop almost immediately or within 30 seconds.
Doing an msiexec silent install reveals no issues, since there were no issues with the actual installation.

Cause
The problem stemmed from an Adware plugin called MediaUpdater. After removing this Adware, NetVault services remain active and no longer terminated and NetVault ran as expected. -
Resolution
Removing this Adware (or any other Adware), NetVault services will remain active and no longer terminated, NetVault will run as expected.
