Newly added client does not show in the Manage Clients list
Description

One particular client is not appearing in Manage Clients list. User is unable to add the client as it is showing this error message: "has already been added as a client to this server."
Cause

The client is not added in the client group where the NetVault login user is a member of.
Resolution

Go to Manage Clients | Click "Manage Client Groups" | Ensure that "All Clients" is ticked/checked for "Default" group.
If the client is suppose to be a custom group, edit the group then add the client to that group. Ensure
