Cause
When license expires, all custom accounts are not allowed to login to the WebUI. The only way to login is to use the admin or default accounts. In some cases, the admin and default access was failing too because the passwords for these accounts weren't known or the accounts were deleted.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
If the license indeed expired, login using the "Default" or "Admin" accounts. If this also fails for any reason (unknown password, accounts deleted), install a new license from the command line then try to login again.

An enhancement request FT-870 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of NetVault Backup
