Restore job completes without error. Nothing was restored. -
Description
When i create a restore job it runs for few seconds then it says completed but nothing was restored.
In the log we see Job Completed
with additional Information showing Restore tally for job : 0 directories, 0 files

Cause
Advanced Options was set to 'Restore from latest backup'
If the latest backup was an Incremental it may not contain the data you were looking for.

Resolution
Set the Advanced Option to 'Restore from selected backup'
