Netvault crashes loading.
You get a spinning wheel indefinitely when trying to expand folders in a restore job.
This may happen if an existing backup is too big and its folders are too big and contains lots of files.
When trying to create a restore job for a file system backup, the Netvault web GUI crashes making it impossible to expand the folders to select specific files.
This is a known Bug for directories with an extreme large number of folders.
These can cause a performance issue. Bug id 27100 has been created to address this.
A fix for this will be available in NetVault 10.0.5
Workaround 1-
If you are using Firefox, it maybe possible to workaround this by increasing the cache size and script timeouts. Then try to expand the folders again.
Otherwise, you can select the restore at a higher level where there are fewer items, then browse the restored folder to find the files you need.
