VMware Plugin:Backups of VMs fail and leave snapshot on the datastore -
Description
When backing up VMs, the job completes but the logs show that some VMs did not get backed up. This leaves some snapshots on the datastore which otherwise, should have been cleared.

Cause
This is caused by Defect ID: 25097 -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
From the vSphere management interface, manually remove the client virtual machine disks from the NetVault Backup and the snapshot BKB_SNAP from the client VM.
STATUS:
This will be fixed in a future release of the VMware Plugin for Netvault Backup
