access violation 0xc0000005 -
Description
In the NVBU logs we could see the process restart as well as a crash in the system event viewer for netvault media manager. It had a access violation 0xc0000005 which caused it to crash.

Cause
We have debugged a media manager crash to the process running out of Virtual Address space (it hits 2GB) and the dmp file says failed to allocate memory. This is for the media manager.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Please download NetVault Backup V10.0.1 to fix this issue.
