NVBU 10.0.1 "No drives were found" when adding tape drives
Description

Using NVBU 10.0.1 Web UI to add a library, a confirmation screen is shown to acknowledge the changer and drives are detected on the machine being scanned.
However when using the "Add drives manually" option, the following pop up error message is returned on screen:
"No drives were found"
Cause

Under NVBU 10.0.1, it is currently impossible to add a drive when another device already added, hosts a drive with the same name and SCSI ID.
Bug 27792 will be resolved in a future NVBU release.
Resolution

Any attempt to add a drive that has the same drive name and SCSI address as an already added drive, will fail using NVBU 10.0.1.
Status:
Bug 27792 will be fixed in a future NVBU version.
Workaround:
Please contact Support for help adding the tape drive manually, using a specially designed NetVault utility.
