Exchange Server 2010Restore of an Exchange backup from Jan 2009 to an Exchange Client (which is a different machine to where the backup came from) fails.
We made sure that the Media List showed all media had been scanned in and online, then selected the Saveset to restore and gave the path to restore the edb file in the Restore Options (Copy Files to Target Directory Only). Lastly we selected the Exchange Client.
