Description
Backups using the Oracle Plugin fail with the following error message.

Resolution
Go to the $ORACLE_HOME folder and run ls -l
Each of the files and folders will have output similar to this.
drwx4-xr-x 2 oracle oinstall 12288 Dec 29 2011 bin
In this example, oracle is the user and oinstall is the group.
In the backup window, browse to the oracle database. Then edit the database and verify that the Oracle Software Owner and Oracle Software Group is configured with the same user and group shown in the ls -l command.
