When running Reports in NetVault (version 9.x or 10.x), an error is thrown
9.x Error: A Plugin Died Unexpectedly
10.x Error: Provider "Reports" Failed when generating report
Cause 1
This error indicates that the jobhistory.bin has gotten corrupted - most likely in the upgrade process.
The jobhistory.bin file is a file that contains the list of the recently ran, unpurged reports.
Observing the debug from the Reports Plugin, we see this type of error below:

Cause 2
Check whether the there is a change of host name & machine name after upgrading of netvault Backup version 10 to Netvault Backup version 11
Resolution 1 (For Cause 1)
The proposed resolution to this error is to delete 'jobhistory.bin' in the folder"/reports"
Steps to remove properly:
Resolution 2 (For Cause 2)
Install a fresh copy of netvault Backup version 10 or netvault Backup version 11
