Cause
It is been observed that the incremental backup options using the Netvault plugin for mongodb do not include the new collection added recently from the Full backup
Realm has several types to represent groups of objects, which mongodb calls collections. A collection is an object that contains zero or more instances of one Realm type.
Change streams allow applications to access real-time data changes without the complexity and risk of tailing the oplog. Applications can use change streams to subscribe to all data changes on a single collection, a database, or an entire deployment, and immediately react to them. Because change streams use the aggregation framework, applications can also filter for specific changes or transform the notifications at will.

Resolution
Incremental or Change streams are only available for replica sets and sharded clusters and not for Standalone as they are suggestive to be used only for testing
and this is a by-product design by mongodb and Netvault incremental backup uses the same API
