When creating Hyper-V virtual client we get error “Failed to create the virtual client” in popup
NVBU Server v 12.4
Clients v12.4 (pure64)
Hyper-V Plugin v 12.2 (Pure64)
Hyper-V Cluster nods are 8 hops from netvault server
When looking at the nodes in the Hyper-V cluster using client management we see that the Hyper-V plugin is installed.
When looking at trace on the netvault server it reports that client core process has died as see below.
We also see that the Nvwsworker process times out as seen below

Cluster install times out because the installation of the Hyper-V plugin 12.2 reinstalls vc2017 if it is already installed and this cause time out.
