While upgrading NetVault Backup from version 184.108.40.206 to 220.127.116.11, the upgrade process fails with the following error messages:
Error: There has been an error.
Setup has detected an existing installation of NetVault Backup, but failed to determine its diagnostic tracing settings. Please contact Quest Support.
Upgrading after a fresh install of NetVault followed by an NVDB restore produces the same error.
