Change default location of NVSD Stor & Stage causes Smartdisk install to fail (4047428)

Symptoms:
Installation fails after chaning the default location of the Smartdisk Stor and staging area.

Before you Install Smartdisk, ensure that you create the repective folders on the volume that you want the Smartdisk Stor and Staging area to reside on.

Once these folders have been created you can start the install procedure and change the default location.
