Unable to get SmartDisk back online
SmartDisk Logs show: Failed to logon as user: :Logon failure: the specified account password has expired.
In this case, the issue was that the customer had two users with identical names... a Domain User and a Local User... Local User's account password had expired, and the customer was under the impression that it was using the Domain User account (which wouldn't expired and was working still for 5 other NVSD)... removed/deleted the expired user account and then got it working again, with the Domain User account. Keep in mind, we did uninstall NVSD and re-install, in order to get the accounts cleared up and to get NVSD working again.
