How to remove backups from disk storage devices
How to remove backups from disk storage devices such as DR4100 and SmartDisk.
1/ Open explore storage
2/ select explore disk storage
3/ select the disk storage device from list that you would like to remove the backups from
4/ select explore repository, tis give list of backup savesets on the storage device.
5/ it is possible to select the Saveset date and this will order the savesets by date or search for a Saveset name or ID.
6/ then select the Saveset that needs to be removed from storage device and select remove save sets. There will be a popup appear at this point we have an option to remove duplicates of the backups we are removing. If there are duplicate of the backup being removed on another storage device and it is desirable to remove these as well select this option and then select ok.
Note it is possible to select multiple backups at one time using the ctl or shift option when selecting backups for removal.
