https://support.quest.com/netvault-smartdisk
WORKAROUND:
If you can't upgrade to NetVault SmartDisk 10.0.1, you can do the following.
Edit the dedupe.cfg file located in the dedupe/etc folder where NetVault SmartDisk is installed and change libstore.cache_mb to 512. Then restart the NetVault SmartDisk services.
This value can be increased further to 1024 if the service continues to crash with the MEM_POOL_BLOCK_NOT_FREE assertion.
