Backup job would fail with "Error creating volume snapshot(s): VSS_E_MAXIMUM_NUMBER_OF_SNAPSHOTS_REACHED""vssadmin list shadows" would display several snapshots, however when trying to delete them with "vssadmin delete shadows /all" the following error would come up:Error: Snapshot were found, but they were outside of your allowed content. Try removing them with the backup application which created them.
