NetVault has the notifications for when a Client goes down. Is there a way to set up a notification for when a Client comes up?

Cause
Notification options are not available by default for log entries. -
Resolution
Receiving notifications of log entries can be accomplished by using the Set Event feature in the View Logs window as outlined in the Administrators Guide.
