Linux Full and Incremental Backups are completing in under a minute and are all 32KB in size.
If you see the following occur on your Linux/Unix Full and Incrementals you will want to first check the selection set and make sure the required data is selected. In most cases, this will be a backup selection set that is only selecting mount points on the File System.
When you notice that a Linux/Unix backup is backing up MUCH less than expected, or just the index, you will want to check in the "Backup Options" tab of the backup and ensure that the option "Backup Through Remote Mounts" is selected. By doing this, you tell NetVault to look within the Mount Point and not just the root folder of the Mount Point. By doing this, you will have a complete backup as desired.
