ExPro Suspend when ready to complete, will it run a final sync or do we need to run manually? -
Description
We have launched a sync for many users this week and check mark the Suspend when ready to complete, which stops the process at 95%. The question is when we will click the account to complete the process in a week, will it sync the week exchange changes to the mailbox over to o365? Or should we rerun another sync ? -
Resolution
Exchange considers a mailbox ready to complete at 95% because the last 5% is related to the cutover/cleanup process. At 95% all mail has been synced, once resumed a final delta sync will bring over any changes since the suspend.
