Binary Tree AD Migrator Agent Service on client machine is unable to start with the error:
Error 14001: The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

Cause
The application's configuration files might be damaged or corrupted or missing.

Resolution
Reinstall the Binary Tree AD Migrator Agent Service.
