When we migrate someone to another domain, their browser history or cached passwords for sites seems not be synced or migrated.
We have seen issues with Chrome browser post-migration. Chrome opens but is unable to load web pages.
In this specific case, the user is able to run Chrome as their source account with no problems. It is when Chrome is opened with their target account that they experience the issue. This is leading me to believe it has to do with reACL.
In general, the ReACL engine does not do anything specific with Chrome or any browser, thus we do not have any known issues with it either. However, we did have customers in the past reported that they see the Chrome Profile is in the disconnected state, however, user should be able to simply reconnect it by enter the Google password.
In short re-synced using their Google Account or MS accounts depending on the browser. We do not process these things with Re-ACL. It is not in the product at all.
