We have an issue where we created a binary tree server and pushed agents out to clients back in 2019. Fast forward to now, and installed ADpro/Dirsync Pro on to a NEW server and deleted the old server. And they did NOT keep the old server name. For example: Old name: ServerBintree1 New Name: serverBinTree2 Since this is the case, none of the computer objects will register with this new server and the agent log shows "Device not registered" The c:program files... the computer object does show the OLD logs from back in 2019 showing the computer object did register back then.
The NEW logs show the computer object is not registered. We do show the agent config file on the computer object shows the NEW binary tree server.
