All user migrations are working without any problems apart from migration of any archives. The archive migration documents were created with the AMT Tool and are correct. Matching was also successful, and all settings has been checked. Whenever the customer starts a migration, they are prompted for the login credentials. and the following entries is in the log:
Destination is PST. Disabling Modern Authorization, using Basic Authorization
Error: Log on Failed 80040111
The migration history lookup could cause this type of issue.
Currently, when we do a PST migration, we do a lookup to the MAILBOX to check for history and then continue. There are some possible workarounds. Setup some dummy accounts in Exchange and alter the SMTP address in the Notes Person doc and migrate.
The next alternative is to create a new profile and use classic history, but that is an enterprise wide change.
Another option is to create a second farm to deal with this.
The actual issue was as follows:
The customer mapped a network share to drive "a:" and configured the migration profile to write to PST files. The customer confirmed read and write access on that share on the workers.
As soon as the customer selected drive C: or a network drive mapping other than dives A: or B: as a destination, the migration worked properly.
The recommendation is always to write to drive C: as a local dive and to then copy the PST file to a network location.
