When trying to log on to the online Quest site to add hostnames for the Notes Migrator for SharePoint license the following error is received
"Automatic License File Delivery Not Available
Automated license file delivery does not appear to be available for your product. This can occur for a number of reasons:
- A license file has already been generated for this license.
- No license file is required for this license, as in the case of JClass DesktopViews evaluations.
- A representative must help you authorize this license. Please contact Licensing.

This was due to the fact that the license when originally created was linked to an email account which was changed over time.
Contact the licensing department of Quest or your sales representative for resetting the correct email address to the license. This issue is resolved once the license with the correct email address is set.
