NMSP Service has been Installed but does not show up in SharePoint Central Administration -
Description
If a SharePoint server farm has more than one WFE (web front end) server, and the NMSP Services have been installed on one of the WFE's, then the "Configure Notes Migrator for SharePoint Services" option may not appear on the Application Management screen in the SharePoint Central Administration website.

Cause
The NMSP Services must be installed on the WFE where the SharePoint Central Administration website is running.

Resolution
Install the NMSP Services on the WFE where the SharePoint Central Administration website is running.
