When generating an InfoPath form, default Mail values are missing
Description

When using Notes Migrator for SharePoint to generate a Notes form into an InfoPath form, default values are missing from the "To:" and "CC:" Mail fields.
Cause

NMSP does not translate Lotus Notes code. It does not matte whether the values are static or lookups.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:

After NMSP creates the .xsn InfoPath form, and before publishing it to SharePoint, the correct code and/or lookup formulas need to be added in InfoPath
